This shop was used to produce all of the FRP, salvage any worthy  FRP show elements, as well as sculpt and tool several of the larger skinned figures.

You have to realize that this shop had done some theme park work but never "figure" work. Plastics for theme park audio animatronics have a completely different set of requirements than your typical static prop or architectural ornamentation piece. 

It was an intense experience as the team pulled together and began to produce quality product in a matter of weeks.
