The Fiber Reinforced Polyester (FRP) shop was a bit of a challenge ... there were Korean's, Filipinos, Chinese and at one point a couple of Russians. The only common language was English which the Filipinos and my interpreter had a reasonable grasp of. Despite the challenges and the fact that I was teaching the crew new tooling and fabrication techniques, we managed to turn out an incredible amount of product in a very limited amount of time. |
